Alexandria, VA, November 22, 2013 -- While IT employment grew for the 26th consecutive month, the rate of growth has continued to decelerate.
The number of IT jobs grew 0.04 percent sequentially last month to 4,511,100, according to TechServe Alliance, the national trade association of the IT & Engineering Staffing and Solutions industry. On a year-over-year basis, IT employment has grown by 5.53% since October 2013 adding 236,200 IT workers.
